Ok just seen the rest...You want to be more wolf like? you can get a wolf kit at any Halloween store or party city.Spirit gum and liquid latex is my friend when creating looks but you must do a patch test before hand.

You could maybe try a widow peak with a crayon eyeliner close to your hair Color.

If your wanting to just use makeup the stipple effect would work and stroke whip the brush.The fan brush is to soft to give a hair effect.

I agree with M G and also tease the crap out of it hair lol. I always picture a werewolf with like teased hair.
