Yeah so far I have only seen it at Walmart. I went to Walmart twice in a day and in both wal-mart they were displayed... But I think they might sell it. ulta. I haven't been there in a while... jacqlyn. W.

I'm obsessed with this mascara! it makes my lashes look like falsies. I also use too faced better then sex (my HG) and miss manga is pretty close in comparison.
