If you want a really gentle makeup remover I suggest this, it's the one I use and it does not burn the eyes nor does it make your skin feel all dry! This is the only makeup remover I trust, plus the majority of ingredients are natural :)

Maybe see if Aveno has makeup remover? They seem to be gentle on skin:). I know how you feel, I live in the northern midwest , and the only grocery stores we have here are the ones that have 4 junk food isles for every half isle of healthy foods! I had to look through three health food/vitamin stores to find my jojoba oil, and it wasn't cheap! People in urban areas just don't get the struggle. :)

I think it does! It's called positvely radiant makeup removing cleanser, I think it's just a makeup remover, not a cleanser though. Yeah, the nearest Walmart and Walgreens type stores are 20 minutes away. Although I live near two fantastic malls only 45 and 1 hour away! I live in Wisconsin and it has the only Macy's north of Milwaukee, which is nice to have all the high end makeup counters:)!

I used to use it, it's gentle and nice but I stopped using it because it has methylparaben in it. I really love andalou naturals, it's just as gentle but without all the chemicals.

I've been removing my makeup using oils for years...have you tried almond oil? It's my favorite one and it's not that expensive (at least here in Italy)...also because a little goes a really long way :) and it also helped me with my acne a lot! Way better than coconut or olive oil :)
Just wanted to suggest you that, I havent tried the makeup remover you asked about, sorry!

Ahh..I can't help! But I hv normal-dry skin and its like, super sensitive (to touch),so I use Bioderma sensibio H2O,it doesn't irritate my skin or anything..

I have the Maybelline Flash Clean and it works very well for me. My skin is a tad sensitive and its never made me break out. I've used it on my face and eyes, and I really like that its a lotion. I would say try it! :)
