I really would like to have highlights, but getting them done at the salon is way more than I can afford. Does anyone know of a good at home highlighting system? I have heard the revlon frost and glow kit works really well, but I'm still skiddish. I have dark brown hair and I've never dyed it so I'm nervous. If anyone has advice or photos, it would be greatly appreciated.
