Ermmm.. So let's cut to the chase LOL I seriously need help! And I've come to the right place cause you guys are fantastic! I'm just going to tell you my troubles and I need advice on how to fix it!
Skin: I have sensitive, dry skin. I use cetaphil at night then I use ponds cold cream rinse off then moisturize with ponds or a beauty cream from Nigeria, Mega toner. Mega toner make my skin soft and it brings back my natural color basically. Then I use the ponds in the morning again, moisturize my body and face with virgin olive oil then use eucerin body cream on my face then neutrogena SPF 100.. i do get pimples but rarely! ive been breaking out by my cheeks lately, idk if its from my cold cream which can get greasy or if its from my brushes?? lol :) I know that sounds weird! I need help :P
Hair: well I'm natural.. But my hair is dry, brittle, I always have breakage, and it has stated the same length for a good year now.. :( I usually always wear braids or weaves! Are they bad? What should I do? I want to cut my hair again and just keep it short but idk. Help! :)
Body: I rarely workout, I eat three times a day, and I'm prone to gaining a lot of weight! I need advice to just keep healthy!
Sincerely
An Amateur

Sounds like you might need to keep up on cleaning your brushes to avoid the acne on your cheeks. The hair....I hooked you up on advice on a thread you posted that was exclusive to that issue. :) But since you mentioned that you have resorted to braids and weaves......damaged hair isnt going to grow and become healthy if your doing all that to your hair. The tension that braids and weaves cause on damaged/dry hair just make matters worse....in my opinion. Working out and diet....my favorite topic. Get back in the gym girl!!! At least start out with 30-45 minutes on cardio. Nothing major but at least something to get your heart-rate up and going. Increase your daily food intake...3 well rounded meals and three snacks in between. Increase the amount of protein and veggies in your diet. Watch the fruits because even though they are great and are healthy for you the natural sugars convert to fat so you gotta balance it out with the protein and veggies. Pick up a Self magazine or Womens Health magazine to use as reference tools for exercise tips and recipes. :)
