Just do the tips, the upkept of all your hair with rainbow will be too much and it will be hard to do.

Since it's long, do just the tips. Bleaching really ruins hair, so I say go for it if you're willing to cut it all off afterwards. I did it, but I don't mind cutting my hair so the ruined part got cut off and I was left with healthy hair. Good luck!
