I'm trying to grow out my hair so it's in that awkward phase and I hate wearing it down. It's a bit above my shoulders. Help please!

My hair is similar! What I so is split my hair into two sections and then French twitst back. Then I add something like a bandanna or headband. It's really simple, but can look really nice. Also, it's no heat! Here's a pic! I'm the one in the middle with the maroon sweatshirt! I love this style and it's great for hot weather

I put Bobby pins in one side of my hair and just leave the bangs on the right side. I have a picture of what it looks like on my profile but none that I can share at the moment. sorry.
