Hey ladies! I am going to Ulta with my friend today and I was wondering what you would suggest? I have around 20$ (not a lot) and I'm not sure what I want! I was thinking a bright liquid eyeliner (NOT BLUE) I have several blues but is like other colors! Also, what are your favorites? Of anything from Ulta!

A gold liquid eyeliner will be perfect for you! It looks even better on brown/hazel eyes! And also the jumbo pencil in milk by NYX. It is great for setting your eyes!

I really agree on the jumbo pencil in milk! What's so great about it is that not only can you use it as a base all over the lid, you can also load up the product on an angled eyeliner brush and apply it as you'd normally apply eyeliner and then set it with a bright shadow and voila! You've got your bright eyeliner!
