I was wondering how to make shorts with stocking under look cute. Any tips on how to pull the whole outfit together?

I would recommend the shorts being high waisted and not too tight around the leg....stick to navy blues and black for the tights :)

agree. for example. I wear these dark deep purple high waisted shorts with these like Burgundy tights and combat boots. for fall I recommend wearing dark colors. and dressy high waisted shorts
