Does a perm work on frizzy hair?

I have frizzy/wavy hair and I want it to be loose curls and soft and etc...does it work?

It might, but I don't recommend getting a perm because when your perm is over, it'll be frizzier and dead. Which is worse. You're better off straighting it everday (which is still bad). If you want to make your hair less frizzy, leave some of your conditioner when you're showering and don't wash it off. It'll weigh down your hair, but it won't be frizzy. It lacks moirsture.

I've heard keratin treatments help to temporarily tame hair, maybe try oils like Moroccan oil?
