I'm going to a dance this week but can't decide what makeup to wear! What do you think? I want to make a statement but not be over the top! I'm open to all ideas. This is the dress I'm going to wear it's a purpleish-blue colour and the front part is shorter than the back. I got it from New Look (May only be in the UK)

There's nothing wrong with being a size 16 lol, you could keep eyes simple just with mascara and wear red lipstick, red lips always make a statement :-)
