I use liquid foundation and I have really oily skin, I exfoliate when I need to and moisturise and cleanse and use a face mask when I need to but my skin is so uncontrollable! I put powder on but it either rubs off or I get oily and it slips off, what can I do to stop this!! And I don't know how to use a powder brush to apply powder it just rubs off!!

Try using a matte primer before you apply your foundation and make sure you are using a water based moisturizer.

Also use an oil free foundation, collection does one also Rimmel stay matte foundation is supposed to be good and Rimmel stay matte powder is great, I have that and it's really good for keeping oil at bay.

Try the becca primer it feels weird at first but you're going to notice the difference I literally had drops of oil secreting out of nose and it controls it to a minimal shine, I don't know I'm really happy with it
