This is a tough one. You have a very unique and beautiful look and I think a septum piercing would look out of place on you. A Monroe yes but a septum no. But if you've been thinking about it for months then go for it. ;)

I think you would look beautiful with either or both. I just went with my girlfriend a couple days back for her to get her septum done. It was super quick and simple and she said it barely hurt at all.
Also the meaning behind the septum piercing is warrior. So if you have reached the point in your life where you feel you have achieved warrior status then I say go for the septum! I love the look of a tiny seamless ring on a ladies septum!
