This is how I make mine:
What you need:
Cup of Hot water
Sea Salt
Empty Hair sprat bottle
Coconut oil/morrocon oil conditioner
Pour the hot water into the bottle then add the salt and before you put the oil or conditioner in make sure the are soft or melted then put those in and shake!
