Hey girls! For a long time I've been wanting to do something about my eyebrows because they are very full but then there are many stray hairs surrounding them. I feel like it would take too long to pluck them all though and I don't know if I want to wax them either because it might be very tedious. I have heard ladies talking about going to places to get their eyebrows threaded but I don't understand exactly what it is. Do you think you girls could describe to me? Would you recommend it? Where should I go to get it done? Thank you for reading and please tell what you think! -Amanda xoxo😘

Eyebrow threading is literally using a thread to remove hair, there are many videos that can show you the process in action. It hurts, I won't lie. The result are totally worth it though! Very precise, just make sure to tell the lady how you want them done, because I learned the hard way everyone has a different interpretation of a perfect brow. There is a chain in the Midwest called Exquisite Threading, that's where I get mine done. I'm sure there are plenty of places wherever you live.

Honestly I just pluck mine because threading hurts sooo much for me. I have had ut done before and I loved the way my brows looked but it hurt so much I just pluck them to maintain the shape I got them threaded. I would definitely recommend it if you don't have a low pain tolerance.

Thank you girls for helping! I think I might want to get this done 😉 but one more question : how long does it last for/how often do you girls get it done?

Threading lastes for me about 2-3 weeks until there is noticable hair growth.

But the whole process of getting it done is around 5-10 minutes.

Mine lasts about 1 week with no need for touching up, and looks decent for about 2 weeks. The more you get it done the longer it lasts. :)

Threading is literally using a thread to pull eyebrows out. I would recommend it. It's safer than waxing and it defines your eyebrows more than waxing. Ask to get them cleaned. It does hurt the first 3x you get them done but then your skin starts to get used to it. It usually lasts me about 2 weeks. When I see stray hairs, I just pluck them until a lot start coming out. So I would say about 3-4 weeks.
