I put it on from neck down and leave on for a couple few hours then shampoo it 2 or 3 times and don't condition after.

What I do is an olive oil hair mask and I just pour like 1/2 a cup of olive oil in a glass bowl and microwave it for 30 secs. then apply all over your hair from roots to ends then put it up and leave it in for as long as youd like. try to keep it in for more than an hour so that your hair fully absorbs all the olive. then after that, wash it out. make sure to shampoo twice and condition like always and your good to go! just make sure you do this the day your planning on washing your hair. don't do it on clean hair because thats just a waste of hair washing.
