Best SPF for your face ?

Recently bought illamasqua skin base foundation which I love BUT it doesn't have a SPF built in
What do you guys recommend as a great SPF for your face ?

Sorry - to be clear I'm after literally a SPF lotion to go under my foundation or a moisturizer with SPF ?

Neutrogena has a great line of moisturizing spfs but it might be a situation of trial and error because when I was using it it didn't mend well with some of my foundation formulas.
