I have only been using Lancôme and MAC for the last few years so I wouldn't know for sure but I have heard that Bobbi Brown eyeliner gel is awesome and I have tried the maybelline version of eyeliner gel and it wasn't too bad and also, back to a few years ago, I bought a couple of this brand called Lise Watier and they were quite good too although I am not sure whether this brand is sold out side of Canada :)

Try the MUFE Aqua Eyes. Though I got the 25L cos I love browns on my waterline than black. I have the Mac Powerpoint Engraved but I'm loving the Aqua Eyes better than this.

I got smashbox liquid liner and absolutely fell in love. its simply the best eyeliner I have ever used, hands down. its super easy to apply and will not budge. I have hooded eyes so eyeliners always tend to smear on me but not this one.

Hey Donna! It would have to be Inglot AMC liner in #77 so beautiful doesn't budge or fade! You can also check out the new urban decay perversion cream liner with triple pigments for that intense black colour... Reckon that's going to be fab 👌

MUFE AQUA Eyes. A-mazing. Super creamy, can be blended after first applied but then holds like a mutha.
Gel liner, I use M.A.C Blacktrack, first one I tried and no complaints, so never a need to switch.
