Maybe a bb cream?! Some eyeliner, mascara, a nice nude blush and nude peach lip stick would be beautiful :)

A golden eyeshadow would bring out your pretty eyes. I love their shape :)

Some tips:
- to brighten up the under eyes, use a peach color corrector then a under eye concealer over it
-some blush
- a nice natural lipgloss
-try a neutral eye with a champagne colored lid to make your eyes stand out more

To add onto Symone's advice...a nice peachy/coral blush and a winged eye to make your eyes pop. Your skin looks very even and clear so a foundation isn't really needed...a bb cream with a light touch of setting or finishing powder. If you want to try a liquid foundation I would go with something that offers light/medium coverage so your natural skin luminous glow comes thru. Bobbi Brown has a great range of liquid foundations and bb creams plus undereye concealers and correctors.
