Red spots. With veins!

I've had two red spots on my face for a while now (one on my nose, one near my neck) They look like normal spots, they're the size of a pin-point, but if you look closer they have tiny veins coming from the center. They really bother me. They don't itch or hurt. How can I get red of them?!

Id go to a dermatologist and get them checked out. They don't sound like a typical blemish, so perhaps a doctor could give some insight!
