Is Microdermbrasion And Exfoliation The Same?

There different even thou some at home products call themself micros ,microdermabrasion,is done in a spa or dermatologist office using a machine to exfoliate your skin and a vacuum to suck the dead skin off ,they do have a home version called a PMD however,but to really be a microdermabrasion there has to be a vacuum action.

Microdermabrasion is just a very thorough form of mechanical exfoliation. Where as exfoliation through the use of a granular product would be a manual form of exfoliation.
