Hey lovelies, could anyone recommend any good (but not overly expensive) make up brands in australia? we don't have (or not where I live) sephora, mac and all of those good shops :( I'm looking for a foundation (medium color skin, normal) a powder, a new mascara, an eyeliner and some pretty new lip colors :-) (and possibly contour) thanks x

Hey girl! For my liquid foundation I'm really enjoying Rimmel 25hour stay foundation, has good coverage but does dry quickly so you have to work fairly fast but has a good finish. As for powders I lean towards the Australis brand powders always because they're so smooth, matte and great coverage for a 10$ powder. As for mascara I'm really liking my Rimmel scandaleyes volume flash mascara, it comes In a bright orange tube, lovely packaging IMO haha. Not sure about any contouring products though, I just use a cool toned matte bronzer but Australis also has some new lipsticks out, they have some matte ones they've recently made that come in lovely bold colours, right now I think there are 4 shades, a shade of coral, purple, pink and red I believe but I've been looking into them and they seem amazing :)

Also there are mac stores here! They're usually in the Myer centres :)
