Hair frizz help?

So today I put some product in my hair and it was frizz free, once I wen outside it frizzed up, it was really humid outside and misty/foggy, is there any ways to fight humidity?

Coconut oil works really well with my hair and makes it really moisturized and I think that's the root problem why your hair frizzes up when it's humid ( I can be wrong) :)
