I use coconut oil as a hair mask. It prevents split ends and makes hair thicker.

Also, I steep cinnamon and green tea in my water, sometimes I add lemon juice (honey is optional if you need sweetness or ginger substitutes for cinnamon allergies). Crazy effective natural drink that kick starts your energy and helps burn a little fat.
