I need help about hair dye!

So in the past, I've dyed the underneath mart of my hair blue and purple using splat hair dye. it comes out uneven after a few washes, and it is never the color on the box! the "purple" came out to be a bright pink! do you know of a better brand? thank youuu.

Hi color loreal use a developer don't use bleach..wash it out with cool water and when you wash your hair get a color shampoo so the color don't run.
