I have medium long hair and I'm trying to let it grow at least four more inches. Any tips of how to get to my goal quicker?

Yes a good shampoo and conditioner are the first step. But something your stylist recommends for your hair type. Probably something sulfate free would be a good start. Start taking a vitamin supplement ASAP ( there is a lag time, you won't notice that they help for at least a month) biotin works and is cheap. With heat less is better same with hair color. Especially blonde. Argan oil is great to help keep it healthy!! Supposedly head messages with coconut oil works wonders.

Take this advice coming from someone who had a bad pixie cut ! There is not very much you can do to speed up hair growth other than take vitamins, wash your hair less often and dont use heat styling tools
