Try stoping your eyeliner more towards the center of your eye, it will open the up more and maybe making it thinner too.

Yes what Renay said , or you should just do eye liner on the top with mascara on the top and bottom lashes

Try playing up your lips with nice neutral colors on your eyes l, I don't know how browns would work for you, play around with it.
