Sinful Colors glitter?

I was at Walgreens yesterday and saw some pots of loose glitter for $1.99. It didn't say if they were just for nails or if you could use them on your eyes. Has anyone used these? Can you tell me what you thought of them? $1.99 isn't much money at all but I'm trying not to be wasteful and buy stuff I won't use.
