What is the BEST eyeliner to use when your lining your waterline? I use NYC but it always runs/smudges ðŸ˜’

Maybelline Eye Studio, it's a cream liner and it comes in a jar with a little brush to apply with. It hardens up a bit once it's applied so it stays sharp and fresh looking all day!

I see, but do I put it straight on my waterline...? because I have it in other colors but I use it like liquid eyeliner

Maybelline Master Drama eyeliner works fabulous for my waterline. It stays put for sure! I also love that it's a wind up so no annoying sharpening haha xox

Yes, you can put the cream liner on your waterline. If the end result isn't black enough for you and/or looks to metallic you can put liquid liner over top and it'll still stay put.
