My friend is making me a headband like the one in the photo, and I was wondering what sort of outfits and events I could wear it with/to. Is it wearable? Thank you so much!!

I don't think it's wearable the way that girl's is. but maybe if your friend made it to where the feathers were horizantal it would be much better. she could even leave a few standing on one side..

Oh and you could wear dresses, cute blouses with it, I wouldn't say anything casual.
