Hair 2 it will frame your face and not make you look too pale from the black dress makeup 2 more than just black so you have some gold sparkle you could also top it off with gold sparkley shoes good luck!! I did my brothers girlfriends hair and makeup for prom and she loved it I hope these tips help!!

You should do a nice updo your dress is long I think it would look so pretty and since your colors are going to be blue I think you should do a neutral eye so that the focus could be on your dress and pop of blue accessories.?
