Thanks!! I never use heat on my hair. I never do hair masks, but I don't really eat healthy. Also I don't take vitamins because my hair looks like a weave or extensions because it's so long & thick... I just think it's my eating habits and imma try to eat healthier. Thanks jacqlyn, I know it's pretty obvious to eat healthy but I've never looked at it like that.

But jacqlyn, what about hair masks once in a while? I wanna get this hair mask from lush and imma use it 1 every 2 weeks does that sound healthy or normal? Thanks!!

Thanks guys! I'm not sure if I'm brushing hard... Haha. If my hair is wet I brush with a wide tooth comb. But thanks guys!! I'll try to start snacking on stuff like that instead of chips and what not..

I have the same problem as Mya, my hair falls out too. If you dye your hair a lot don't do it anymore just leave it as it is wait a yr or 6 months. What I do is rub either a raw tomato or potato against the scalp and leave it for 15 - 20 minutes (my mom would do that when I was small) then shower. Oh and if you change shampoos often just stick to one. It's not good for your hair.

Hmmmmmmmm I never dyed my hair! Crazy right?! I gave my hair highlights in fifth grade, but they're cut out of my hair now. And it was like only 1 section, which was my bangs- we'll most of it. I think it might be the switchingg hair products a lot!

Stress can sometimes make your hair fall out.

Hair is also meant to fall out, keep in mind, my mum, sister and I all loose hair, it just looks like a lot more if it all in the same area or if it weak, (wet, brittle, etc..) I find I loose more hair when my hair is wet or freshly brushed.

Or I just notice it more, it isn't like having brushes or wet hair makes it fall out, I just notice it more, because I am paying attention to it, I wouldn't worry, like said before, if your vitamins are level, eat healthy, and you'll be fine! :)

Not sure if this is your problem, but... in spring, I shed.. I just do... also, I just realized the 'kitchen', back, of my head was dryer, and more shedding. Its from my sleeping habbits. I'm an active sleeper, and move my head a lot. Sometimes I wake with a big knot in the back of my head. A satin pillow case, or wrapping hair will help breakage.
