Covergirl lashblast it doesn't budge whatsoever in water even when I rub my eyes and it's my favorite maskara at the moment.

I love Maybelline the rocket as well. For foundation I have heard the body and face foundation by mac is so waterproof even in a pool. I would use a thick Matte powder and then a setting spray to dull the powder out and combine it into your skin more.
