If you want like really blonde then get it dyed not quiet bleach blonde but like golden blonde but if you dont want that then maybe like a dirty blondeish

The last one is very pretty and would be so easy for you to get. Although I'm completely loving the first pic too and no it's not too light! My hair is naturally as dark as yours and our skin tone is pretty much the same as well, and I've gone even a little lighter than that and loved it.
