What makeup ideas can I wear with this I was thinking winged eyeliner but I don't know and I can't think of any lip ideas...
and I know this part isn't makeup related but do you tjink blue toms goes with the outfit?

A simple winged eyeliner and a red lippy , just add a bit of any white matt eyeshadow just below the brows , it would be just fine dear 💛
