Best Way To Remove Makeup?

My usual routine is to wipe off my makeup with a wipe and then use an olay cleanser (usually I'm lazy and end up using dove handsoap)
however my friend said wipes are bad because they just push the makeup deeper into your pores and I was wondering is this true or not? what's the best way to remove makeup? I have sensitive skin

This is the makeup remover that I use, it's for sensitive skin & it doesn't burn the eyes!! it works amazingly :) I don't know if they sell it where you live but you can surely find it online :) it runs for about $25 dollars & it is by far the best makeup remover I've'e ever tried :)
