Has anyone had small bumps on their face? How do you get rid of them?

What exfoliates and washes do you recommend for dry sensitive skin

Make sure you do not use too much "oily" products as they can cause the small bumps. I've had those and It stopped after I used a good cleanser and non oily moisturizer! :)

Are your bumps red? Have you had them for a long time?

Don't worry, I have some under my chin. And all you need to do is not pick at them. They are either black heads, white heads, or acne. Like what some of the above comments say, I would exfoliate, but only once every month or 2-3 weeks depending on its condition. I would also see a dermatologist...
