Maybe try a nude lip liner and a nude lipstick if you're not into bright colours? The liner will make your lips appear fuller:)?

They aren't that small :) they're fine! Try lining your lips :) you could use concealer on your Cupid's bow, or blend some concealer in the middle of your lips before applying lipstick

Use lip liners to line your lips and then apply your lipstick.Clean up the edges with a concealer if you need to..If your into lipglosses try adding a bit to the middle of your bottom lips! There are YouTube videos too, if you need help :)

Put on lip liner a litter bit above your lip line then fill it in that will make your lips seem fuller.

They're not small they're prefect. but if you want, outline the outer part of your lips and don't use dark colors.
