Not really well maybe you could try at a flea market stand its usually under the table meaning theyll pay you cash no taxes.

Usually family owned businesses like fast food or restaurant can hire you at 15 but like she said it's under the table. You could always try selling a service to people you know. Like babysitting, or cleaning garages. Hope this helps.
