For you, I would use a powder. Maybe fill in the beginning to make it a tad more close together.
My biggest tips:
-Use a small brush with concealer under your brows to clean them up. That really makes brows look neat! (sculpting them out)
-go over your brows with brow gel. Some people try to be so fancy about it with all these brow mascara but honestly clear mascara will do

Line the bottom with a shade that is the color of your eyebrows
DO NOT use powder it looks awful
Just fill in the "bald" spots with eyeliner that is the color of your eyebrows
