Wow, your hair type sounds exactly like mine. Honestly yours is gorgeous right now. But if you were to do anything with it, I'd go a little lighter. Maybe a caramel color? Dark strawberry blonde? I have a skin tone similar to yours and my strawberry blonde hair really looks great with my light skin and gives it a nice glow. Obviously you'd want to cut off the split ends, but I think the length is amazing!

I think that colour looks great on you! But if you really want to change it up then maybe get some natural looking highlights, and for a cut just get a trim but maybe get layers to add even more texture!
