hydrogen peroxide rinse or brush with it a couple times per week. Also, crest opti white tooth paste my dentist recommended it i saw results in less than 7 days. i also chew orbit white gum i am a non smoker now do i drink coffee or dark pop and my teeth are very white for never having a dentist whiten them.

Also try oil pulling! It definitely worked for me. I use coconut oil, and you swish it around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Almost use the oil in your mouth to pull it through your teeth. Read up about it! It made my gums and teeth considerably healthier and took away some stains I had. :)

I use crest pro health vivid white toothpaste and after I wet my toothbrush then put baking soda and brush my teeth again. I do it everyday since a small box costs $1 & the box lasts forever. I always get compliments on my smile.

Cheapest would be hydrogen-peroxide or bakingsoda, or Oil pulling. But if you don't mind the extra sensitivity Crest White Strips do really work.
