So guys some time before I posted a picture of my cheeks area which had these tiny bumbs all over which I thought were clogged pores but some of you told me it might be acne. They itch some time but do not hurt at all and are really small I wanna know how to get rid of them.

They have been there for quite some time but I think they have been more prominent in the summers.

Acne that is under the skin is typically painful and doesn't itch too much, so I would agree with Jacqlyn on getting it checked out by a derm.
