I haven't had any of my sigma brushes bleed or have shedding problems. They are the best brushes I've ever owned, much better than crown in my opinion and still at a decent price.

in that price range I would recommend Real Techniques which you can buy on amazon.com but if you can't get everything you need in your budget then ELF or Eco Tools are your best bet. really affordable
