I honestly believe it depends on your style. Personally I can't pull off the shaggy brows but that's cuz my style doesn't go with that look. However I've seen people who have been able to pull it off.

I like an uber natural brow, just filled in where there are gaps. I prefer this look because it's more youthful, chic (very french) and because your natural shape is usually what suits you best :-)
On the other hand, brows are very personal and each person likes them differently on different people.
Bottom line, it's a matter of personal preference, to each their own :-)

There's an app called CYMERA. On this app, you can alter your brows to see if you like it.
