Black/brown/bits of blonde to all brown?

Well I somewhat bleached part of my own hair about seven months ago and I'm trying to make it all a dark brown color. Would it be safe to dye it all? I feel like it would since it had time to heal but I want more opinions before doing so. I plan on getting the ion color stuff from sallys And doing a deep condition after. Would it be okay to do it like that?
