Is this product worth $45. Has anyone used it? Thoughts?

Yes! Erica its worth it.I have Ambient, Radiant light,This powder is beautiful to the finish and stays on like crazy.Don't be alarm by the hint of shimmer in the product because that melts on to the skin and looks extremely Devine.I highly recommend this powder,I can't express how much I'm truly pleased by it and I have not went back to my Givenchy powder since I bought the hourglass.Give it a try :-)

I have the shades luminous, radiant and dim and I love all three. Each are subtle and unique in their own way. Its worth every single penny and then some. I was using Bobbi Brown Retouching powders but its been pushed to the curb by my Hourglass Ambient powders.

I'm sold! Can you tell me about the different kinds? Which is best?

Which is best for just a subtle highlight? Is Luminous pretty much universal for all skin tones, wonder if I should get 2 colors?

Luminous works great as a subtle highlight. Dim works great as an all over powder while radiant (depending on skintone) can be used all over or as a subtle highlight.

Do they not have a tri palette coming out soon?
May 14, 2014
Shelley W.
The tri palette is already out...it does contain one LE shade in it. But I believe the palette contains dim, radiant and the LE whose name I can't remember.
And I agree with ya Alma...these definitely are underrated. I have Guerlain as well and HG knocked those to the curb as well.

I have been eyeing these guys lately. What effect do they give if used as a setting powder (Dim is the one In question)

For me dim reduces the appearence of my enlarged pores. Gives the face an overall look of smoothness. I must warn that if you have a multitude of skin sins this will not mask them but will diffuse anything minor. I really love using it sometimes under my eye area instead of using my usual undereye setting powder. It plays well with my various bb creams and foundation formulas.
