So I read somewhere on here that your foundation and primer base should both be the same. I'm using a rimmel primer right now and it's water based.
Does anyone know what L'Oreal true match is? I couldn't find the ingredients in it.

Actually L'Oreal True Match is made from Water and Silicone! Miss Jacqueline H. told me. I had been asking her about the L'Oreal True Match Foundation and my MUFE Mat Velvet + Foundation that I'm using with my Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer and this was her response:
Both the True Match and the MUFE Mat Velvet are foundations that are or a blend of water and silicone. Both contain Cyclopentasiloxane which is a volatile silicone oil which provides that 'slip'factor. If you are using the Hourglass primer, you should have no issues using either of these foundations with it.
