Reviews on Revlon color stay whipped?

Soo many people rave about it. I'm eyeing it since I'm hoping it won't move or melt off during the hot summer days. my most important question is has it broken any of you out?? or does it clog pores? thanks!

Personally I wouldn't recommend it for the summer because to me it feels a little too heavy for me.
