I agree with Kelly exfoliate often and put lotion on after you shower n before you put on deodorant

I cleanse that area with african black soap, exfoliate with a loofah and I wax the hair versus using a razor. Since I started doing that about a year and a half ago no more hyperpigmentation or ingrown hairs. Soft as a babys bottom.
